Referrals
Referral Partners
We welcome referrals for adults (18+) throughout New Jersey seeking psychiatric evaluation and medication management via secure telehealth.
We review referrals within 1-2 business days
We will contact the patient directly to assist with scheduling
OR the patient may schedule their own appointment using our online booking link
With consent, we provide follow-up to the referring provider after the evaluation and during care coordination if needed
Appropriate Referrals Include
Depression, anxiety, or panic symptoms
Bipolar spectrum (maintenance/outpatient)
PTSD or trauma-related symptoms
Sleep disturbances/insomnia
Adult ADHD evaluation/management
Support for mental health in early or sustained recovery
To ensure outpatient appropriateness, we are unable to accept referrals for individuals who currently have:
Active suicidal/homicidal intent
Medical or psychiatric emergencies
Active intoxication or withdrawal requiring detox
Individuals under age 18
Primary need for inpatient stabilization
